These are all the conversions that are not covered by your plan. For example, if you choose the Professional Plan with 75.000 conversions/month, you will be charged €0.001 per conversion that exceed the limit. Though the Signuum plans are set up in a way that should completely cover your activities, make sure to choose the correct Plan for you.
On the Signuum homepage, you can find a tab called “Resources”, from where you can access our knowledge base, https://wiki.signuum.io. Here you can read step by step how to set up your network as an Admin, how to add and manage Affiliates and Advertisers. Also, when you log in to your account for the first time, you will be guided around the panel. Additionally, you will be offered an individual onboarding, depending on your chosen plan.
You can unsubscribe at any moment. If you unsubscribe before the stated invoice date, no extra charges will be made.
In order to run your own affiliate network with Signuum you do not need to purchase hosting. But if you have your own marketing materials, like banners and landing/product pages, we advise you to host those yourself.
No, your tracking will never stop with Signuum. You will be notified when you are close to reaching the limit. Overage will be charged once the limit is reached (see Payment plans for Overage)
Raw click data retention has a default of one year for Starter and Professional plans, everything else is stored indefinitely. Enterprise has 2 years by default for storing raw click data. Analytics are stored indefinitely, so you can still be able to generate reports years back, but it is advised to generate and export your reports annually via PDF or other methods.

Signuum offers you the possibility to set different preferences to optimize the UI. Requests can be made for specific add-ons in the Enterprise Plan. In any case you can contact your support agent with the request.
